Issues to Consider
- Have all business and legal terms been agreed upon?
- Have all conditions of signing and disbursement been met?

- Does the investment need to be registered with any authorities?
- Has the Investee paid all amounts due to the Fund? (e.g., fees, expenses)
- Are co-investors or co-signers ready to sign as well, if applicable?
